We uses Stripe for payment processing.

Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider under v3.2.1. You can learn more from their official security documentation.

Options Jade does not store or process payment information directly.

We never sell or share user data. Options Jade is built with a privacy-first architecture and complies with GDPR, PDPA, and other regional laws.

Options Jade is hosted on Heroku and Netlify.

• Heroku: PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001/27017/27018, HIPAA
• Netlify: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001/27018, PCI DSS SAQ-A, HIPAA-ready

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). SSL is enforced across the platform via Cloudflare and Netlify’s edge network.

Our engineering team monitors infrastructure 24/7 and follows a rotating on-call schedule. Automated alerts ensure rapid response to anomalies or downtime.
